How long does a logo design usually take?

From the time you make a purchase for your custom design, you will fill out our simple design brief questionnaire. From the time that you deliver the design brief to our end the process to deliver the customized design concepts can take less than two days, and we guarantee that you will have your first design concepts in ten business days. Every design we produce is customized to your specific needs that you prepare for us within the design brief, we take great care in responding to your input with our designs.

Can I upload attachments for you to see?

Absolutely you can upload any attachments you would like for us to better understand how you would like your design to be on our design brief. When you fill out the design brief, there will be a place where you can upload any attachments that you have for us to utilize. You can also email us at sales@logofoundry.com with any attachments that are important to your design concept.

Are your designs made from scratch?

The answer is yes, 100% our designs are custom made by professional design artists. You are guaranteed to receive a design that is completely custom to your needs when you choose to work with us at Logo Foundry. You can expect a unique experience from any other design website, we are catering to creating amazing new and professional designs that you will be proud to place as the face of your company.

What is the difference between a concept and a revision?

A concept is the original design that is presented to you after you have filled out the design brief and our team has illustrated a customized graphic. A revision is any changes that you would like to make to the original design concept that we have sent to you. If you have utilized all of the revisions that you originally purchased in your package, don’t worry! We offer the ability to purchase extra revisions only so that you can adjust your design to your specific needs.

Do I own the rights to the design that you deliver to me?

Yes you do, once the design is finalized we will provide you with a copyright transfer document if you desire one. You own full copyrights to the final designs. You are free to utilize, change, and alter the design we deliver to you however you would like. You can print, display, and distribute the design however you intend. If you intend to trademark the design, you will have to go through the process with a trademark attorney. If you would like the ® Registered Trademark symbol added to your logo design please get in contact with us at sales@logofoundry.com. You will need to provide us the documentation that you have gone through the trademarking process before we are able to add this symbol to any design.
